Rolls Royce Silver Shadow
|SIZE:||246 x 189 mm|
|INSIDE:||150 black & white and colour photographs & diagrams|
By the mid 1950s, Rolls Royce cars were beginning to look a little dated. The Silver Cloud was a fine car but was a product of an earlier age. What was needed was a modern looking car that was build with a monocoque construction and independent suspension. The result was the Silver Shadow, which became Rolls Royce's most successful car.
The book includes a complete development history; coverage of Rolls Royce and Bentley models - two and four door, convertibles and stretched limousines; advice on buying and maintaining a Silver Shadow, and is fully illustrated with many rare photographs.
