About the author

Matt Driscoll is the founding director of Base Models Ltd. He trained as a model maker at the Kent Institute of At and Design and worked as a freelance model maker before launching Base Models in 2006. Since its formation, Base Models has gained a reputation for creating beautiful yet practical models in answer to its clients' needs. Base Models has had its work exhibited in Tate Britain, The Royal Academy Summer exhibition, 10 Downing Street and numerous public and private events. Matt was included in the Who's Who of Britain's Youngest Company Directors, lectures on the subject of model making and is committed to supporting students of architecture, art and contemporary design.
