CLAIRE FITZSIMONSis an award-winning author and sugar craft tutor. She is a qualified teacher and has taught in primary schools and within the adult learning sector. She is a trained chef, graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in London in 2007. Claire was a tutor at the renowned Squires International School in Surrey, teaching baking and sugar craft for over ten years before she opened her own business teaching sugar craft workshops from home.
